Create 1.1.2 Creating a Content Map

The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Language (ACTFL) is the standard bearer for World Language instruction.

 Below is a Content Mind Map that I created and use whenever developing a reading activity that supports the "Connections" concept (as it relates to reading) of  ACTFL's 5 C's: Communication, Culture, Connections, Comparisons & Community.

I use this map when developing Spanish reading content regardless of the level. The content map is helpful irrespective of the World Language being taught.
